OSS “Immigration Law, Policy and Practice” training program has been approved for
Police Executive Level Training by the Georgia Association of Chiefs of Police and is
POST-accredited by the Georgia Peace Officer Standards Training Council.

OSS set to train state and local officers on immigration under the auspices of the Georgia Sheriffs Association in early September.

OSS, in conjunction with SI International, is deploying teams of retired senior special agents to DRO Field Offices throughout the United States to train DRO personnel on the newly developed ENFORCE Alien Removal Module or EARM.

OSS is teaming with IBM to develop an end to end CONOPS and then standup a Security Advisory Opinion Component under the ICE Visa Security Unit. Omega is assigning an initial three highly experienced and accomplished retired agents and active analysts to interface with the Government's national security information (NSI) fusion centers.

An Omega Associate recently provided expert testimony in a civil immigration case arising from New Haven, Ct. OSS furnished key testimony in the matter through a seasoned immigration law enforcement agent in support of public safety and national security concerns on behalf of a citizens rights group during a Freedom of Information Hearing.

OSS recently joined forces with SRA International to station several highly experienced former INS / ICE special agents in the ICE Office of Investigations, Executive Information Unit / Program Management Oversight component as senior reporting analysts supporting the day to day executive information reporting mission of the EIU / PMO.

Omega is currently one of only two ICE-vetted or approved companies possessing substantial immigration law enforcement expertise on the employment provisions within the INA who can assist with a number of the requirements in a Compliance Agreement.

Omega has just been awarded a Subcontract by Booz Allen Hamilton to provide subject matter expertise to the ICE Secure Communities Program Management Office (PMO). The PMO support encompasses the coordination and implementation of processes to support a new, nationwide effort to improve public safety by identifying and removing criminal aliens.

Omega is providing essential immigration law enforcement subject matter expertise to the ICEHQ Office of State and Local Coordination. An OSS Associate has assumed the crucial role of Training Manager for this high profile Program regarding cross designation of authorities pursuant to Section 287 (g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act.

OSS has recently negotiated a Subcontract with ICF International for provision of skilled analytical assistance to the USCIS Fraud Detection and National Security (FDNS) component. The FDNS Program Management Office (PMO) is considered to be an integral support function of this highly successful Program that works to ensure proper adjudication / vetting of the millions of immigration benefit applicants each year from a public safety and national security perspective.

OSS is an integral part of the IBM Team that recently won the ICE Automated Threat Prioritization (ATP) Award. The ATP solution / innovation is conceptualized by ICE as a key requirement for effective implementation of the Secure Communities Program Interoperability Deployment Plan.
