Omega has stationed several retired senior special agents at the ICE Office of Investigations, Executive Information Unit / Program Management Oversight component with SRA International as the prime contractor. The EIU / PMO offices are responsible for the development and custodial oversight of OI Information Technology (IT) systems / applications and services. The EIU / PMO also serves as the primary liaison between OI, the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), and the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office of Information Technology (OIT) on all matters relating to IT issues. The EIU / PMO is under the OI Deputy Assistant Director for Mission Support, and is primarily comprised of three Sub-Units: the Data Management Unit; the Information Sharing and Infrastructure Management (IS&M) Unit; and the Emergency Preparedness and Incident Management (EP&IM) Unit. Omega specifically provides subject matter expertise to the Executive Information Reporting Section (EIRS) within the Data Management Unit.

Omega's senior reporting analysts bring a wealth of law enforcement experience to the mission of supporting the day to day executive information reporting requirements of the EIRS and the overall EIU / PMO. Among the superior skill sets required for the task are the following:

• Demonstrated ability to review reports generated from the OI EIU / PMO for technical accuracy and content.
• Ability to address requests for reports from other ICE and DHS organizations and other external agencies, including audit requests made by the DHS Office of the Inspector General (OIG), General Accounting Office (GAO), Congress and other IG offices.
• Strong ability to meet with Federal law enforcement officials, managers, and other end users of all levels, to identify information needs and assess requirements.
• A thorough knowledge of and familiarity with Federal law enforcement IT systems and applications, such as the Treasury Enforcement Communications System (TECS), the Seized Asset Case Tracking System (SEACATS), the Enforcement Integrated Database (EID) and overall ENFORCE environment, and similar systems presently utilized in ICE and its legacy organizations.
